Ricoh UK, London, 29 March 2012 – Ricoh IT Services, a worldwide leader in digital office equipment and advanced document management solutions and services in the UK, announced today it has won the HP Gold Business Partner - Software Division Best Newcomer of the Year award, during the bi-annual Gold Partner event at the Novotel Hotel London. The Enterprise Software Practise within Ricoh’s IT Services division has won the award less than 12 months after becoming a partner with HP Software.

As a HP Software Gold Business Partner, Ricoh IT Services has achieved sales of over £1 Million for FY11-12 by winning new accounts for HP’s software portfolio of application, operations and security across a variety of sectors as well as working with existing customers in the retail and mobile space. Ricoh enables businesses to operate IT more effectively by extracting insight from information whilst securing the complete office environment in order to manage risk.

The award was presented to Ricoh UK by Nick Wilson, HP UK Managing Director, in front of the HP UK Management team, 350 Gold Resellers and key industry partners such as Microsoft, VMWare and Intel. HP Software is a key part of Ricoh’s Enterprise Software Portfolio and can help organisations become an ‘Instant-On Enterprise’ and align IT with their business objectives.
